There will be an online Gentle Movements session on Saturday 23 May, 11.30am – 1pm, using Zoom. Like always we will explore subtle and flowing exercises, drawn from Feldenkrais, qigong, yoga and dance, inviting a sense of space, light and stillness. This time at the comfort of your own home.
I will also continue to run weekly online Gentle Movements sessions on Tuesdays 1.30 – 2.30pm. And I am available for online one to one sessions at a time to suit you.
If you are interested in the Saturday session, the weekly sessions or one to one sessions, please contact me . I will then give you more information and send you the Zoom link(s) you need. The sessions are donation based. Please pay what you can afford/think the sessions are worth. If you can’t afford much at the moment, you would still be very welcome to join the sessions.
