Earlier Tuesday sessions
The weekly online Gentle Movements sessions will continue at least until December. They take place on Tuesdays 11.30am – 12.30pm and on Thursdays 11.30am – 12.30pm. Please note that the Tuesday sessions are now at the end of the morning instead of in the afternoon. Both sessions are open to everybody. I am also available for online one to one sessions at a time to suit you.

There will be an online Gentle Movements session on Saturday 23 May, 11.30am – 1pm, using Zoom. Like always we will explore subtle and flowing exercises, drawn from Feldenkrais, qigong, yoga and dance, inviting a sense of space, light and stillness. This time at the comfort of your own home.

Spring Term 2020
The last weekly Gentle Movements sessions of this term will be next week. After the Christmas break the Gentle Movements sessions will start again on Tuesday 7 January and Thursday 9 January. The sessions will run until 31 March and 2 April, with a half term break on 18 and 20 February.
There are also one space left for the session on the Saturday 14 December.
