Welcome to my website for Gentle Movements. Gentle movements is a practice of soothing exercises that will leave you feeling invigorated. We do these subtle and flowing exercises lying down, seated and standing. Gentle Movements will help you move a little more easily, encourage you to listen to your body and invite a sense of joy and stillness.

This approach is drawn on a range of movement practices including Qigong, Feldenkrais, Yoga and dance.

Everyone is welcome to join my weekly face-to-face group sessions on Tuesdays 1.30 – 2.30pm or my weekly online group sessions on Thursdays 11.30am – 12.30pm. I also offer one-to-one session either online or face-to-face, that are especially beneficial for those who
– are recovering from an operation or injury
– experience aches and pains
– have limited mobility
– lead a stressful life
