Session information

Open to everyone:
The weekly classes during term time (see News for the term dates)
FMHliggendTuesdays 1.30pm – 2.30pm
Thursdays 11.30am – 12.30pm
A guide line for the cost is ₤9 per drop-in session or ₤7 per session if you pay per half term. If that is too expensive for you, please just pay what you can afford. If you are happy to pay more, that would be very much appreciated. You are always welcome to make up any missed sessions by attending one of my other sessions.

Saturday sessions:
These slightly longer sessions only take place a few times a year, either from 11.30am – 1pm or from 2.30 – 4pm. The Saturday sessions are usually fully booked, so booking in advance is essential, £15 (£12 early bird).
You can find information about when the next Saturday session will take place in News.

All the sessions mentioned above take place at the
Friends Meeting House
91-93 Hartington Grove
Cambridge, CB1 7UB
There is plenty of space to park your car at the venue.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing and socks and bring a mat or blanket to lie on.
If you cannot stand, you can do the exercises sitting on a chair.
For all enquiries or to book your place please contact me.

One to one:
If you cannot make it to the weekly classes or Saturday sessions or you prefer an individual approach, we can arrange one to one sessions at a time and place to suit you. Please get in touch if you are interested in this.

Arthur Rank Hospice:
I do sessions with Day Therapy Patients at the hospice regularly and I may start sessions that will be open to everyone at Arthur’s Shed.
